Karen is the technical expert who’s been making amazing truffles for over 25 years. She works at Mt. Hood Community College, is the mama of three and the grandma of one. She loves to cook, make greeting cards and garden in her spare time.  

Melissa is the vegan epicurean. She loves the challenge of creating non-dairy desserts that satisfy the most discerning of taste buds! She is the mama of one, a naturopathic medical student, and also loves to garden when the weather is nice!

because they believe that being vegan should be FUN!
